Help! I'm living in a renovation zone. We removed all the downstairs carper and vinyl only to discover more sub-floor. Soon we will prep the floors and be able to start laying down laminate. Soon as in 6 mths!!

It's been a long two weeks Glad that my allergies are back in check. I can now breath and sleep. Small I know but what a difference!! It's memory weekend pray for me.

It's was a trying time at 1st Care last night. Thought they were going to admit Loli because he was having such a severe allergic reaction! Dumb me, need to make sure he only uses clean sponges the one he used had peanut butter on it!!

Great day with the family. Started on the living room project. Need to decide to tile or laminate. Tough decision! We did pick a wall color though, it's a yummy golden yellow! So out of my usual pallate.

Off to breakfast at Los Amigos!

Happy Birthday Love! Today is Robert's 35th birthday! I was snuggling in bed with him earlier and told him, I remember when we first celebrated his birthday together, he was turning 18!! Can you believe it? That was what 17 years ago?? Wow, time flys when your having fun. That was several cars ago, lots of tiny apartments-our favorite being the cottage with the cocoa colored walls...perfect for a family of 2. Now it's 3 kids, a house we own (when did that happen)a cat, an SUV and truck, 3 snowmachines and lots of stuff.

Can't believe we ever lived in anything as small as 425sf. We were young...

It's been a fantastic weekend so far, lots of laughter from the kids and the good Lord has blessed us with fantastic weather! I can't believe spring is here, if only the trees would start blooming we could enjoy a shady backyard.

We accopmplished project #?? in the master bath last night...the tiles are in and all we need to do is the trim...but that can wait until winter when we have nothing else to do.

Now were off to the living room, time to rip out that stained up carpet and paint the walls. It may be sometime before we replace with the new wood/laminate flooring so were going to prime the floor with white paint. It's atleast lighten the room up.

Almost 6am and I have completed my daily workout, 30 + minutes on the elliptical. I burned roughly 500 calories and sweating like crazy! I have made every effort since January to include in my daily routine all things important to me: exercising; reading and crafting of some sort. Of course I have to work life in there too so even if its just 10 minutes I have succeeded.

It's spring break in Fairbanks...and boy is it cold! I guess we celebrated too early with the warm weather we enjoyed two weeks ago. Its tough, we are on the short side of winter but with all the daylight its hard to take the cold!

Trying hard to upload pics from iphone to blogger but it's still not compatible. The family is awake for the day so I should go, time to get ready for another day.
